- Update to version 0.5.6, no major changes 
  but drops ffmpeg patch included in release.

- Fix previous change, that broke build in old distros.
- Disable OSS, alsa and pulseaudio are enough nowdays.
- Disable HAL plugin, not needed nowdays.

- exclude "libcdaudio" plugin temporarily, fix build 
  there is a mess in the required libraries that will be fixed
  later.
